Third Party Insurance
Third party liability insurance is automatically included when you are a member of CyclingUK & it is one of the main reasons that people join CyclingUK.
We all ride with the intention of keeping safe and avoiding incident, but there is a risk that even though you may not be at fault, you could unintentionally cause injury to a fellow cyclist (a third party) or damage a car (third-party property). With third party liability insurance, you are covered for any claims made against you for damage or injury.
Note 1: Third-party insurance does not cover yourself, your bike nor possessions.
Note 2: A sign-on form is completed at the start of club rides for insurance purposes & should an incident occur, the Ride Leader would complete an Incident form.
