• Tue: Brecon to Rhayader:50 miles 4,037 ft
• Wed: Rhayader to Machynlleth:37.5 miles 3,308 ft
• Thu: Machynlleth to Porthmadog:47 miles 4,042 ft
• Fri: Porthmadog to Holyhead: 58.5 miles 3,013 ft

Based on Lon Las Cymru official route, but splitting the mileage/ascent more evenly across the days.
