Resignation

Dear all,

I thought that I should let you all know that I am resigning as Secretary of the club (and from the committee) as of 1 October 2020.  This is not a knee jerk reaction to the volume of work that has arisen over recent weeks as we have been trying to restart regular club rides, but something that I have been considering for some time. I have served as a committee member for 5 years (and as Secretary for 4) and have felt that it is time for a change for a while now.

In terms of protocol, Cycling UK have confirmed that it will be in order for the club to elect a new Secretary at the next AGM, which will be in the spring.

I have enjoyed serving the club and wish you all many thanks for your support and friendship over the years.

I look forward to seeing you both on (and off) your bikes over the coming years.

Best wishes,

Martin
